I walked into some kind of Best Buy, Office Depot, Circuit City-esque retail store with my ex-girlfriend in tow, as she apparently was experiencing some problems with her computer -- why I was there with her, I have no idea. Through the store we walk, nobody else around of course, until we come across the display of new computer systems.
Rows and rows of 'new' computers, although they all seemed rather... old. Bulky, non-descript beige plastic boxes, made out of that slightly textured metal/plastic in which IBM used to encase their PCs. Old, square monitors. No price tags, no signs.
Except for one. In that row over there. A stand-up whiteboard next to a single PC. Written on it in black marker:
-------------------
KORKRON WARBAND
-------------------
[otherrandomtext]
I was all like, 'wtf, mate?' and started asking nobody in particular who had setup this computer. Because I want to meet this KKW member. I mean, who else would write that on a sign next to a computer?
After saying such things aloud for a bit, an employee shows up out of thin air and I ask him the same: 'Who setup this computer?' He has no clue, but wanders off to find out.
Well, that's just not good enough. I decide I can find out for myself, sit down and start hacking away. The monitor image twitches a bit as I jack with some ancient Windows installation. Until finally, the monitor image twitches again and Windows disappears...
...an image of an orc's head scrolls by...
...beneath which is the text 'Marric'.

True story. Got psychoanalysis?
