Some of you may or may not know why there is "Resiliance" and "Rating".


for bc, they are taking out +%. Rating and Resiliance are being put in it's place in order to scale down the new, higher-level spells that are being implemented in expansion. So it actually looks pretty legit to me, but i know how some people have that eagle-eye of spotting photoshopped fakes.. So let me know!
