Haha, Cisco is suing the shit out of Apple for trademark rights for 'iPhone'.

So... no more iPhone.

I bet they call it Apple phone or something nuts like the iPhiz-to-the-iz-o.

They might be able to pull it off, but Apple themselves have been talking to Cisco for years trying to get rights to use the trademark. Cisco had it since 2000 and even had a product with that name...

I'm guessing they are just either going to change the name or pay big bucks to Cisco. The Cisco CEO is pretty pissed though that Apple didn't get permission from Cisco to use the trademark when Jobs released it at the trade show.
