Kor'Kron Warband is an End Game raiding guild. When we recruit, we only recruit raiders. We have a large guild that's family and friends oriented and when we need someone, it's because we need a dedicated raider.

A dedicated raider to us is:

someone who shows up on time
someone who farms consumables and shows up with excess
someone who is willing to try learn new encounters and wipe for hours while remaining patient
someone who is able to attend almost every raid, but is understanding if they need to be sat out for raid balance
someone who has a great personality that fits well with the guild
someone who enjoys the game and has fun with it

Konscript Rank

If you seem like a good player and person, you will first be invited for a trial period. You will be placed as a
"Konscript" rank for 2 weeks. We reserve the right to shorten or extend this period as needed. During this trial, you will be invited on raids and will be able to earn DKP for raids you attend. Please note that you will not have priority on getting a raid spot over a veteran member, but you will most likely be raiding. During the trial period our members will offer feedback to the officers about their experiences with you, good and bad. We value what our members think and strive to keep them happy, so it's essential that you do well and get along with your new guildmates. You will also be eligible to recieve loot during this period, but only if no other member bids on it.

Raiding Schedule

Our raiding schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Sundays with invites starting at 7:00pm. You must be online at this time to be considered. We do not have sign-ups for raids. You must be prepared for the raid with the necessary consumables, or you will be replaced. This is true for all our members, not just Konscripts, so keep that in mind. We do raid as needed on other evenings, sometimes with little notice. A flexible playtime and the ability to play during the evenings is essential.

Loot System

Currently we use a Loot Council that is managed by both Officers and Vanguards.

Guild Relations

Guild relations is very important and an aspect that many of us take seriously. We will not tolerate people misbehaving in or out of the guild. Do not cause drama. Any reported ninja looting or other serious incident will result in a prompt guild removal. Do not troll the forums. We already have that spot filled, so don't do it. Act like a mature adult and have fun with the game and the guild. Play your character to the best of your ability and always seek to learn new things. Know your role in raids and be prepared to execute it fully. Listen and be able to take directions from others. Be patient, friendly and humble. Have fun!
